I have received these calls as well. Only I had a cash loan but through another company. I contacted them to make sure my loan had been paid and it was. I also was so scared to lose my job because they indian guy name Brandon Lawrence said I was going to jail. I believed him. Made one payment and after talking to the actual loan company they said not one payday loan would press charges or have a lasuit. I immediately calked my bank after hear from the loan company I borrowed from and they stated its a scam. I called my banktoday closed my credit card calked the cops filed a report. Now I have to go to the bank on Monday fill out paper work to dispute this transaction and ill get my money replaced. Ugh qhat jerks I felt so sick all day.
