Another annoying phone call to add to the growing list of unsolicted calls leaving no message and calling 24/7.  Don't know who this is nor do I really care.  I just wish it would all stop! I have a complaint about another one that has my Comcast Voice Mail provider as well as the FCC baffled.  The call is listed on my phone report of unansered calls as "restriced@76.96.4."  If someone can identify this piece of work then the FCC will go after them.  Because there is no number listed I cannot check here on 800Notes to see if others know who this is.
