Someone claiming to be from the Department of Loss and Investigation.  Very broken Indian accent.  Has called both my cell phone and work number (not sure how they got these numbers) and left voicemails about my social security number being under investigation... yeah right!

I keep gettings these call with different numbers. For same.thing about my bank account. So.they called today. I had it with all these messages and called. So I told them. Really.what the case number. Asking me if I had a.laywer I said no. And he didn't say anything. Asking.me.if I had any.calls about this before I said yes. Actually 10 times now. I'm still sitting.home and I am not in prison. How can I block this calls. Or find out they got.my information.  Help please

These people are running a scam. You have probably done an internet search for a payday loan recently and now they are calling, claiming to be either Loss And Prevention or from an Attorney firm, hoping to get you to whip out your atm card and give them information.  The Attorney General's office and the FCC and Dept of Corporations is aware of this new scam, but they haven't done anything to stop this yet. Seems those secure documents you complete with your SS no. in an effort to find a little bit of help financially are not all that secure.

So, don't give them ANYTHING, no atm card, no bank info, they are not legitimate and don't have any right to your information.

Thank you for the heads up.  I too am now getting these calls.  I have cash advances but how did they get my number.  They are scammers and using people's emotions at hard times is wrong they need to stop and be reported.

Caught a call from this number, Damin hoffman attorney office, legal action pending, call immediately. Ya ya ya. Keep getting calls. Guess its time to turn them into the attorney generals office. Strong Indian accent individual.
