This type of call should have been filtered out. It's an unwanted marketing call. It called to my house phone everyday in four consecutive days. Is this a violation of Mass no call law?

I just got a call this number, since I didn't know the caller, I didn't pick up. They didn't leave a message which made me think it was a wrong or something. But out of curiousity and with scam callers nowadays, I decided to google it and come to find out its a telemarketing company. At least now i know so next time I get a call from them, hopefully they dont, but if I do, I'm just tell them to stop calling or I'm filing a harassment suit. I don't know if I could legally could that, but that always seems to work for me.
