heavy accent oriental male "Charlie Brown" stated our household did a phone survey, "do you recall"  no (I very rarely answer the phone ever, so this was totaly untrue), "on presidents day Feb the date/time/year" when I repeated no, he went on unheeded into speel "if you can not remember even that then..."(I should have hung up right then) "the good news is we took that info and you have won from GE a... insert the name of some sort of large appliance- a whirlpool type." etc,then a rambling SECURITY company sales pitch came out, what I could understand- I repeated once again I was busy and said no thank you- hung up.

I live in Brockton. Was called twice from this number they and hung up. (May 15 @ 5:21pm and 7:22pm)
