Since I don't answer calls from unknown callers, I don't know who this was. Left a 10 second silent voicemail, which is consistent with spammers

I did not answer and no message left. Per other sites, this is another credit card scam. Blocked!

I answered but the other end was silent.  Thought it a bit ironic that a "kat b" reported this caller less than an hour from when I received the call.

Pre-recorded pitch to lower my credit card interest rate. I pressed "1" to speak to a human minion. Then had fun with the idiot who answered. Anyone notice that since the "Do not call" law was passed we are harassed even more by these clowns?
