people claiming to be google asking if i want to pay them to increase website traffic. I told them google doesn't call people for that and blocked them.

Definitely a Robocaller trying to verify that your number works.
If you call it back, you get a recorded voice asking if you want to be placed on their Do Not Call List but no other Identifying information.

Left a message stating that if I want to boost followers on instagram then go to a .net web site. I'm not putting the site out there to leave a trail to. I don't even have an instagram account. BLOCKED!
