THESE PEOPLE HAVE CALLED ME ATLEASE 15 TIMES IN ONE DAY STATING I OWE A DEBT .
WHEN I ASK FOR PROOF of this debt they cannot provide anything and they get very rude. They are caling my house,cell phone and work number. I will now be reporting them to the AG of my state

People at this number keep calling my 85 year old mother.  They give my mother this number and the name David Scoed but when they answer all they want is a name and David Scoed is not the name they want. Go figure! They have said things such as; her son has a debit and must be in court at such and such a place tomorrow at 2:00 or they come and arrest her. They will arrest all of her children and they try to get her to give out the phone numbers or names of her other children. They always have an accent of some kind and are always very rude and threatening. When I call back they will not give any information as to who they are.  They say they are calling from Africa and they are poor and need much money, they die young and noone there is 85 and on and on and on.  I will also report this to the AG of my state.

The person who left me a message was Joe Dickins.  He claim to be from the Investigation Dept which he doesn't sound like a Joe Dickins with broken accent.  He says that he will send my case to the courthouse and such.  I do not answer numbers that I do not know and if they wanted something from me they should send it to me in writing not just a phone call.

I am SO glad I put this into google. I have NO idea how they are getting folks phone numbers and now calling them! smdh...WTF!!  They can't even speak english very-well!!!  They call and call and call. I think I will change my number
