Called twice, no voicemail, and busy tone when I try to call back

I got a call from this number. I answered and it was a machine talking about credit and card interest. it hang up and called the number to find out and the number was not going. I think this is a fraud. I do not know where the caller is from, and I did not apply for a credit card.

Machine message about changing interest rate on credit card. Definitely a scam.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!
