Yes it must be a scammer. They are now calling my cell phone, which I give out to only family. Thank you congress or whomever legalized it for these pieces of **** to call cellphones. Please make it stop.

ALERT ALERT beaware. I received call from 508-306-7011 asking if i would like to lower my finance rate on my credit card. They asked if i "STILL OWE $3700 ON IT". "I asked which card company because i owe nothing?" Then they just hung up on me.
