when asked for about this say that they can contact your attorney and give them the attorney gernerals phone number they will stop calling

These people are calling my coworker OVER and OVER claiming that she is someone she is not. I took over the call at one point and he was so rude. I have never experienced anything like this before. He tried to get her ssn#. He insisted we give her name to him. Her called me "darling" over and over. I asked him for his name and company. He said "Shawn" from"Law Office of Massachusets." Complete fraud and I let him know we would be reporting the call. I then hung up, and he proceeded to call her # 4 more times.

this collection agency has called me at work saying that i owe them money that i NEVER borrowed in the first place..and i ask for DOCUMENTATION that they say they can not provide..he said the name of their company is DETENTION FINANCIAL FRAUD..and he uses the name "edward" or "patella williams" which you can tell he just fabricated the name "patella" which is "knee cap"...they do not speak english very well it is difficult to understand...and asked me to settle this into three payments..and wanted my debit information, but i told him i didnt have my debit info and called my lawyer instead and the attourney generals office instead..and when i told him i called them, he got MAD and hung up!..THEN, he kept calling me ALL afternoon to where he even THREATENED MY LIFE stating, "YOU ARE DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Called my work phone repeatedly, even after I told him not to call me at work.  Then left about 10 messages on cell.  I told him I wouldn't talk to him and send me any information in writing.  He talked to several people at my work.  Just kept recalling and repeating data that charges are being filed against my Social Security number and name.

OOMMMGGG!!!!! I just had a full fledged arguement with one. He kept calling me a [***] and saying he was going to [***] me in the [***]! I guess I won the argument because he eventually hung up. Funny thing is I NEVER borrowed this money either!!
