Caller from 508-281-1445 called twice.  First time I did not answer because I did not recognize the number.  Second time, I answered and clearly had someone on the other end, pausing, then hung up.  I immediately called the number back, and a caller answered "P & B Capital".  I then looked up P & B Capital, listed as some sort of debt reducing company, but who knows.  Why are they randomly calling people and hanging up?  Is this some new telemarketing scheme?
