Called two days in a row - no message left

Several people where I work are getting phone calls from this number. This has been going on for over a week. I've personally received calles from this number, I pick it up and noone is there. Other people report a recording.

I received a message because I sent it to voicemail sooner. The voicemail was a prerecorded statement claiming that if you wait on a line you can see a doctor. I tried calling it back but no one picks up. Since this is the 2nd time this has happened in the past two weeks and it is my cellphone I filed a complaint with the FCC.

precorded telemarketing message from a company selling health insurace. option to leave a msg after the beep, i've been called numerous time and left a msg to remove me from the call list but i keep getting calls. about 10 calls in the last month or so.
