They are some kind of energy company.  If you call them back or actually answer the phone (like I did), ask them to remove your number from their calling list.  I just did, so we'll see if that worked.

I reject calls if I don't recognize the number & then google the number. glad I can add this number to my reject list. It's an awesome feature on most if not all cell phones.
