It doesn't become harassment until you answer and tell them to cease. Unfortunately there is No law against attempting to contact someone.

I just received this call as well... They strategically stated they were calling about my alarm system... And my initial response was we don't have one... I got off the phone and realized I was such a dummy!

Received same call in ray ham it makes a strange blip noise when you pick it up so I think it's recorded don't bother with the police they don't have time for that [***]

I got a call at 6pm and it went into my answer machine. Caller left no message. Caller ID shows up as Higney K & A.

They have been calling repeatedly and I never pick up. They just called and it is 8:15 on a Saturday. Harassment!
