Selling a washer / dryer on craigslist.  Received a text wanting to pay by money order, plus $30 for delay without asking question about the washer / dryer.  Hmmm. This person as I see from this site has a number registered on the East Coast.  RED FLAG.  Why would anyone want to pay the price of a money order on top of the additional 30 for delay if not legitimate.  Beware of this one.

Received the same text with the same exact request. Wanted to pay with money order and add 30 for then"wait". I'm going to call the number to see what happens.

Same as above wanting to buy a baby monitor without asking any questions and willing to pay $30 for delay

Same as above for a TV - exactly the same message with the extra $30 for a wait which was all of about 3 hours. Replied saying no chance, cash on delivery otherwise stop trying to scam me and I haven't had a reply. Fishy.

Posted a curio cabinet for sale on Craigslist. Received a text from 508-216-0194 asking if I still had the cabinet. Advised yes and I received a request for my name & address so they could mail a money order and offered an additional $30.00 for "delay." Advised back I accept only cash. Haven't heard back from them. Probably some type of scam.
