Just to make it easier to stop these "bad guys" could someone put phone numbers to phone (like Do Not Call, etc.) to complain to?

I get calls from this number, by the time I get to pick the phone up they hang up.  Just wondering who it is that is calling.

oh and if you look at the number you'll notice it goes in numerical sequence which usually means spam...
0123456 it counts up from zero to six! how strange is that
