Just got the call from 507 372 5883, same as the rest of you. Except we do not answer our home phone at all, it is merely for faxing. We do not even answer our home phone so scammers have no or little chance with us.

Guy with accent told me he needed to do a checkup on Windows. He said my computer wouldn't work if I didn't. I knew this was a scam because I have had several calls before from a different number for same thing. I told him once again to remove my number and stop calling or I'd report him for harassment. He didn't seem to care and just wanted to argue. I hung up on him.

Me to same, told him to kiss my ask and his English isn't to good.  Ask if my computer was on.

Before  you  post  something  like  this  you  should  take a  brain  break.  If  the  caller  has a  thick  Indian  accent  it  should  be  obvious  that  his  name  is  NOT  Duane  Schuck.  It  should  be  obvious  that  the  phone  number  has  been  spoofed,  and  you  are  threatening  an  innocent  person.  How  do I  know  this?  Because  we  got a  spoofed  phone  call  from  someone   on  our  landline using  OUR name  and  phone   number!  And  we've  gotten  spoofed  phone  calls  from  the  fax  machine  at a  local business.  So  stop  and  think  before  you  post  such  harmful  info  next  time.
