Who are you? You're blocked!

I had missed call from this number. I called it back and some, I'm not going to say gentleman, but rather some A**hole answered stating RMS. I advised him I had a missed call, he asked for my number to look me up. He then asked for my name. I asked what was the purpose of the call as I was not familiar with this company. He got loud and stated "look your calling a company and then asking who it is!!" I advised him again that I was not familiar with his company, and I did not give out my personal information over the phone, so not to be yelling at me. He again said " well give me your name" advised him " I gave you my phone number, you have the info on your screen, who are you calling for at the number I just gave you? " he then  yelled " I'm not here to play games" and hung up.... I called right back, the same person answered the call " Legal Dept",  I told him " not to be calling my number, thinking he can yell at me and to take me off their list" he hung up again!!___ I then noticed I had a voicemail from this same number,  the message sounded like an automated message stating " my name is Melissa Moore, the Director of the Claims Processing Dept and the she is attempting to service notice on record to {name not mine} in regards to a file number {gave #}, naming you as a primary person of interest, this is your official notification of the process, and if you would like to voluntarily resolve this matter to call 855-258-3650"
