They left me this weird message saying that they were "Minnesota First" and that they should meet me either at the office or somewhere else. No idea why.

Minnesota First is a local bank that handles home/vehicle loans for folks in SE Minnesota. If you dont have a loan with them or contacted them previously they probably had a wrong number as they do not do cold calls for customers.
