call & call, but if they leave a message, it's all garbled and very very faint. They are definitely NOT
NM State Police, but some outfit called EDU Media -- maybe a scam on people who want to go to college ??

This number has called me 8 times today, but no message is left... I finally just added the number to my call reject list on my phone !
