As the British might say, here is an example of someone "getting their knickers tied up in a knot". (Knickers is another word for underwear.) This strikes me as an example of someone trying to hijack a name and spoof a phone number.

The Caller ID for this number was St. Brice's C; there is only one listing under Google for a St. Brice's anything: St. Brice's Anglican Church, in North Bay, Ontario, Canada.

The number, though, leads to 2725 Fairfield Avenue, Gretna, La. According to White Pages, there is no one listed as residing at that address at this time (!). This is a predominately Vietnamese  neighborhood, which may mean nothing or anything.
