Ditto. Selling an ATV and this "jewel" texted me wanting me to download some pics that had a virus contained in them.

This phone number texted me in response to an ad I placed on Craigslist. The text asked if I would be willing to trade my item for "this" and then linked an attachment for me to open. When I asked them to send the pic directly (didn't open link) they never responded.
Don't trust anything from this phone number

I got a responce to a cellphone I am selling... The text said "Hi, l saw your ad on CL, my husband wants one like this (then has the link). Is this the same kind? I'm buying him 1 this wk." This is a scam... It says that if you can't open it us your pc or laptop.. DON'T DO IT!!!

got same message in response to my cl ad got another a few minutes later this [***] is rediculus im stareting to get sick of posting on craigslist everytime i do i get a crapload of scam messages sent to me

Got the same message. said "Hi, I saw your ad on CL do you think it will work with this? (had a picture and link attached). Let me know, thanks!" Googled the number and saw these posts, thanks, I deleted the text.
