Called and a hang up when I answered after 3 rings. Caller ID showed call from Louisiana, city name I cannot recall,  began with a K.

Unsolicited call from unknown number.  Leaves no message.  Allegedly from Keller Louisiana.

Has called multiple times, but does not leave number. I answered once and there was nobody on the other end.

they are very fast talking telemarketers from Louisiana.
trying to sell a Miracle weight loss pill that they will pay you $5 a pound you lose to take their pill.

some sassy woman named "jessica" got the wrath of my return phone call.
IF you call them, they will put your number on their "currently in a business relationship" bucket so they continue to call you.
they ignore federal do not call lists and even told me they do.
the "manager" "steve" was also very much a [***] and as slimy as you would imagine a scamming telemarketer would be.
 
Even if you have never heard of this company, much less ever contacted them for a Business relationship, they will call you.

I'd suggest you contact your cell phone provider and block the number.
