This number called me at 6:00 a.m. and 8:15 a.m.  Caller ID is Edward Dozier.  However, it is a recording telling me that the IRS is after me and I should call back.  I was half awake so didn't take down the callback number, but this is registered as a wireless number in Louisiana

Since I didn't see this number listed, I did look up phone recordings from the IRS and found this article: http://www.cnbc.com/2015/10/28/ saying that this is a scam and someone called the number on this threatening recording and they are trying to scam you.
