At about 3:12 PM, this number called twice to the land line of a senior citizen friend of mine on March 7th, 2013. Previously, that very afternoon, she had gotten four "unidentified" or "unavailable" calls, which when she picked them up, all she got was a dead line.
The call noted here actually had someone asking for my friend by name. She identified herself. A recording began. She hung up.
On top of this, someone sent vulgar e-mails to my friend. I will not describe the photo image that came with one of them, but the caption had to do with "dictators".
My friend wonders how anyone could have gotten her e-mail address, or even her phone number. I have reason to believe that the person behind this ugliness is the person who is running a collection agency out of his house "right next door to mine".
