Keep getting a call from this number it is a recorded saying my maiden name then a person saying i have 2 charges of fraud in my county and i need to contact them with the case number they give so i can be served a summons at mutt place of employment or home then i forfeit Any right to change or work our an agreement.
I have been getting this same call from a 251 area code and number also and a 949 area code for weeks now and have yet too see any action they keep threatening me with.

I just got a call today saying I am summons for 2 frauds against with a African American voice and a computer voice from this number. It is a scam plz do not contact them, they also called me from two 321 numbers and a African American male said similar sayings about me being summons. 504-353-5879

This is most likely the same group as National Attorneys Network  who call from  251-288-5223.  They also use INFORMATION CENTER NATIONAL ATTORNEY OFFICE

They change and disconnect their numbers all the time.  Nobody's been able to locate them.  Just total scammers.

Don't answer their calls.  Do not talk to them.  DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY OR AGREE TO!

If you do talk  to them, ask them for a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.  Most likely they won't send you anything but give you a lot of legal double talk.     This is basically a shake-down scheme.   Don't let them threaten you.  They are trying to make you think they are a law firm.  But they are not, so far as I can see,,  and they will not give you their address.


Fraudulent or Zombie Debt Collectors—Things to Know

If you have received a call stating:

1. You have defrauded a financial institution
2. You owe an unpaid payday loan
3. You have a warrant due to an unpaid loan
5. You will receive a court summons
6.  Authorities are coming to arrest you
7.  Anything similar to above,
a.   Do not give them any information or verify any information for them
b.   Tell them you know they are a scam operating illegally and that you are   filing a complaint with the  appropriate authorities
* File a complaint with the FBI on their Internet Crime webpage     http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
* File a complaint with the Attorney General for the state you live in

They continue to bother  you, tell them you are going to the police to make a complaint of extortion.
