Called the number and they said I had completed a survey online and had visited a qualifying site, so I qualified or some "Insider Shopping" thing and was eligible for a $100 Target gift card. She asked for my name, but at that point I told her I wasn't interested & hung up. Obviously a scam since there is no way I would have put my cell phone number in any "online survey".

My husband got the same one. Thing is his phone isnt supposed to get text messages.
