They want info from me but won't tell me anything before I tell them my address, date of birth and phone number.. Don't know who they are.Is this a scam???

I got a call from that # stating Kenner, La. When I answered I heard all kinds of noise in the background. I stayed on the line until someone came to the line, she started to tell me her name, etc. I told her never to call again and hung up. Stupid and annoying.

I got a call from 5042734319. Answering machine came on and the caller hung up. I dialed *69 and the recording said the number was not in service at this time.

I am getting calls everyday from this number and when I answer it sounds like an automatic dialer and then it hangs up. It will call 3 or 4 times every single day, and it's very annoying.
