This number has come up on my cell phone 4 times today including after 9PM which is against Federal Law for collections, etc. My cell phone blocked the call, but no message was left, and it is  listed in the New Orleans area. I don't know anyone down there, and since no message was left, I have to assume it isn't a call from anyone that I want to talk to - but would be nice to know who it is that wants to call and not leave a message and call after the designated calling times. If anyone else has received calls or has information, I would love to know.
