Received a call from 504-226-8413 on 8/2/2016 at 6:32pm EDT. Caller ID displayed "New Orleans LA".

Google Voice already has this number on their spam list so my phone only rang once and the caller was automatically sent to voice mail. No message was left.

Based on comments posted elsewhere it appears that this is yet another number being used by the "Canadian Pharmacy" scam. I have been receiving calls from this scam since 2009 and have currently blocked 75 different numbers related to it.

I have added this number to my Google Voice block list. If the same number calls again the caller will received the not-in-service recording.

I had a missed call from this number. I called it back and the voicemail stated that it is America's Health Advisors and the call is concerning Health Care Coverage. It provides options at the end of a pre-recorded message. Option 1 is to Opt Out if you have already found coverage. (or just Opt Out, period) Option 2 is to talk with an agent and discuss available health care options.
