I received a phone call from this number today (on my cell phone) and the caller asked for me by name (first name only).  Exact words were 'Is this Jennifer?'  Because the caller was rude, I said no.  Then the caller said 'well is Jennifer there?' Because the caller hadn't gotten any warmer or fuzzier, I responded 'no' again.  Then the caller hung up.  I did a little research and it comes up as a number belonging to "Dowdy Dowdy".  I know, that doesn't answer your question and I too am still at a loss.  I found a map that shows where Dowdy Dowdy is 'located' and it looks like it's on the corner of Lafayette St and S Derbigny St in New Orleans in a rather industrial area.  I have quite a bit of work going on at my house right now and I went through all of my contacts, emails, contracts, etc. pertaining to this work and this number is not listed anywhere.  I'm not sure what or who Dowdy Dowdy is, but I know if they call me again I will act as though they have the wrong number.  The caller was rude and I don't tolerate that.  I doubt this info will help you much, but it's all I've got.  Hopefully neither one of us will hear from them again.
