Received a missed call - called it back and heard "Chris from Minnesota"

Caller ID said New Orleans, LA.  I have a relation down there so picked up.  It was a young woman saying how would you like to earn 5000 and I hung up.

This number calls me repeatedly.  There is no way to block the call that I am aware but I called it back and there is this fake lame conference call.  It's almost comical how ignorant these people think we are.  I tried to engage in this fake conference call and it is all pre-recorded. I would like to find out who this is and get rid of it.

I got calls but I dont recognize the number so I dont answer.
