This number is Convergent. They are a bottom feeding debt collector.

I just got a call from this number claiming they were calling about my at&t account in collections. He said for me to give him my address and last 4 of my social. I said "um, no" He hung up and i called at&t who confirmed my accounts are up to date and ran a check to make sure i didn't have other accounts open with them. The lady confirmed the call was not from them
