CLAY SKINNER called from this number asked for our CFO by name but would not tell me why he was calling, just said to tell him CLAY was on phone.  I put him on hold so I could tell our CFO but by the time I told him who was holding, CLAY hung up.  He wasn't even on hold for 30 seconds......

So, I called their number back & found out the name of the company is NRS (a nationwide debt recovery firm).  Checked my notes & found out someone from here called on June 2nd also but they asked for our Owner by name & said it was a personal matter.....person hung up before I could transfer call.

Why do these places even call if they cannot wait long enough for the person they asked for to pick up the call?  I immediately called the number back today & complained about CLAY then asked them to remove our name & number from their call list because they are wasting our time & theirs!  Bad way to do business..................personal matter or debt recovery, which is it?  They use all kinds of ways to get past the GATE KEEPER and they are never successful!
