Found a voice mail that coincides with the date and time of one of the phone calls mentioned above.  Left a first name and phone number to call back.  Message was from Kimberly, asked that I call her back at 1-888-678-9004.  Gave no other information (reference number, company name, etc.).

Searching the 888 number leads me to find a debt collector, Asset Recovery Systems, LLC (ARS), possibly who Chase sells debts to.
