I have been getting the same call with the oriental voice's both male and female from different numbers for about a month. It is not Japanese and it is not Korean.

Yes, this is very irritating. It is vietnamese. How the heck they got my number as well.

Yeah. Friend of mine told me that it's vienamese. They tried to advertize about how to save your home if you are in bad housing situation. How can these calls be locked from the telemarking people?
