caller left no message?

I picked up and there was no sound and then they hung up. I called back but it keeps on ringing. I have no idea who/what it could be.

Everyone in my office receives a call from this number. It has been ongoing for many months. No one on the line and on returning calls it just rings and finally disconnects. Very annoying.
