VICTORIA MARTINEZ is a well known Mexican scam artist in Portland/ Gresham area. Went to see her, was grossly disappointed - A Totally rip off scammer!
She has had numerous f@cial surgeries as well as fake butt, body enhancements, enough surgeries that her face looks very odd. She keeps the lights down low so you cannot get a good look at her, but when the light hits her and you see her, YUCK.
