Actually, I just googled my number! I have gotten hundreds of random calls from people around Oregon, and it's starting to go up to WA! This is in fact my number! I am sorry, I dont know why you are getting calls from my phone I am not calling anyone! Its really annoying and its clogging up my voicemails and blowing my phone when people call and leave a message. While I am trying to use my own time to answer the calls, I have people calling during this explanation of the ghost call. This is annoying... Sorry. I hate to have to change my number because it's also my business number!!!

NEVER post your number on your Gmail 'chats', or Google apps, or posted anywhere on the web email providers.  There are other similar complaints regarding Google or Gmail chat numbers being hacked.

If that is your number, apparently someone has been spoofing the number and making annoying calls to many people around the state and perhaps wider area.  I just received a call from this number, purportedly from a "Sawyer Leilani" — an unknown entity to me.  As always when a call comes in from an unknown number, I ignore it and see if they leave a message.  When there is no message (as in this case), I do a www search.

Unfortunately, it is very easy to spoof a phone number.  I have also been victim of spoofed junk email.  Someone was sending out countless junk emails pretending to be from my address.  These are the worst kind of criminals, hijacking someone else's phone number or email address.

I to just a call from this number, thought is was from Community Fundraisers. They call and
 ask for donations for the police dept.
 Three months ago, I called my phone carrier, and for three dollars more a month, I should
 not be getting anymore unwanted phone calls.
