When I answered, a recorded voice said, "Good bye", then hung up. I called back and got a message saying it was no longer in service. Blocked.

Asian guy from some pharmacy.wants mw to reorder drugs.I have never used them.called number back and got a recording that the number is disconnected.how is this even possible?
