I have noticed this number calling quite often when I get home from work with no message left. Mine is identified as a "cell phone"?????

this number has called me twice, 503.575.7962 on Feb 14, 12, and I don't know who is calling. I cannot afford to change my number!! This one I have found to be a land line. WTF!! IDK!!
