Didn't answer and no message left.

Did not answer my cell phone. Very rarely receive any calls on my cell phone so I knew this was a junk caller from this area code 503. Am on the do not call list, but this does not stop the slimball junk callers.

They just called me.  Was an automated call and they said they were 'Cardholder Services' and that this was my 'last notice to get a lower rate of 6.99% on my credit card.  Press 1 to speak with a representative'.  I didnt press it and my credit card company just assured me it was not them that called!

When I called the landline # back, it beeped busy.  Probably calling some other LUCKY person.
