Got a call from this number about 15 minutes ago, I didn't answer. Just checked with whitepages and they flagged this number as spam and a debt collector.

They called and 'Emily' left a recorded voice message that doing a short survey. Less than a minute. It was about the economy and to vote better, same, worse. It repeated about 3 times and then said thank you for your response. No response just their recording!

These people don't give up. We never answer a call we do 't know who it is.
Guess leaving a long recorded voice message wasn't enough. A survey folks on the economy. Guess it is good for the robo callers! Can't even blow a whistle in their ear because a recorded call.
