Credit card scam, they will not stop calling 503-475-1085

How do these telemarketer people get our cell phone numbers??  Very bothersome!

This call was a prerecorded message about lowering my credit card interest rate.

I called back to ask them to take me off the list and reached a voicemail for a woman named " Dee Dee. "  Her message says something along the line of " this is dee dee... Sorry to miss your call.... Please leave a message and a phone number if you think I need it. "

Very strange

They call every day, when asked to be taken off the list and stop calling, they hang up.

I'm on the national and state Do Not Call lists but received a voice mail message about lowering interest rates.  I don't answer calls from area codes that I don't recognize.  This was certainly unsolicited and unwanted.  Some outfit got hold of my cell phone number, which I leave or give out NOWHERE!
