Received call at 5AM, then an immediate text saying, "Hey whos this"

I didn't reply or answer, but being called at 5AM is more than annoying.

This idiot called here on 2 phones - who the hell the hell regulates this?  I know who he is now - thanks to a Sherriff friend of mine - Gresham here I come!
