Received a call with no answer when I picked up

ID said "service call".  I answered and heard a foreign language, then they hung up.

Got a call from a foreign guy saying I qualified to get a 20,000 loan. He had part of my info already but I wouldn't allow him to ask for more because he didn't answer any of my question of how did he get my number. I asked him how could I get approve for a loan there when I can't get one from other places. He kept talking and trying to verify my info so I hung up the phone. I have received a call from them once before stating the same thing. I am just sick and tired of these people calling me trying to get money or my SSN# and ID#.

cannot get these calls to stop.  Most agravating thing I have to deal with.  Two firms from Oregon.  They musst be stupid, dumb [***] and everything elsew9n7

caller ID said from unknown caller.  was an taped message stating that healthcare insurance laws had changed in KY and I needed to call them back to find out how to lower my supplemental insurance costs.  The call comes from Oregon so don't know why they would have anything to do with healthcare in KY.
