I get so many calls like this on my cell. If I don't recognize the number I don't answer. If a message isn't left, no great loss.

Called me without blocking the number. it rang once then they must have remembered, hung up, and called again right away with a blocked number. ONly thing worse than an unsolicited call is one from an idiot.
