The owner is a greedy,  mean little dwarf, who only got into this line of work because NO ONE would HIRE HER. She spends all of her time cyber-stalking or physically stalking tenants. Do NOT trust them with your information! She is under investigation by the Feds, and is in DEEP financial trouble, and to pay out big money to tenants she has harmed.
