national merchant services or something.. wanted to send their rep to talk about lowering credit card rates on the credit card machine to as low as 1% or else they'll give you a check for $500 to compensate for anything.. caller id says payment tech something.. but company from what this guy said it's national merchant something.. super annoying.. don't even bother picking up..
